TREGMO GUARANTEES & REFUND POLICY

TREGMO 100 Days Guarantee Exchange or Refund (Quality issues)

 

If there are quality problems in some categories of products, you can
get a refund or exchange up to 100 days. You can contact us at

learn if the specific product is in this category (If the product is
included on the 100 Days Guarantee).

Reminder: Due to its nature and intended use, clothing, shoes,
bracelets, decorations, phone and tablet accessories, household gadgets, home decorations, RC toys, home textiles, and other similar items are not included in this warranty period. For other product details please contact us at

TREGMO 30 Days Guaranteed

 If you are not satisfied with
your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping and admin fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Please contact us for Return Request to obtain TREGMO Return Authorization
within 30 days from the delivery date.

Reminder: Items such as underwear / swimsuits are not covered by this
guarantee due to hygiene considerations, read the whole policy page for more

TREGMO 5-Days Product Guarantee

If you received are damaged items, different, or not working, you will
be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Request to obtain TREGMO
Return Authorization within 5 days from the delivery date.

After returning the product to the address provided by TREGMO customer
service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

 

For Missing item/s, wrong item/s or incorrect package sent/received.

 

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no
sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

 

For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process:

1. Provide your order number and the product code, name, price and other
relevant details e.g. (SKU number).

2. Please send us a clear picture of the packaging all angles (Front
View, Rare View, Side Views, Top View), all shipping labels visible and readable,
and (if applicable) the item received.

 3. 2 Valid Government ID’s with
Photo/Passport Copy.

 

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by TREGMO:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory
for free.

 

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or
dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). TREGMO will decide
whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the
return shipping fee when we receive it.

For the above categories, the warranty is only for the main body. The
warranty period of product accessories (such as chargers) is 7 days.

 

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with
breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not
covered by our warranties/repair.

2. If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is
immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However,
you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if
applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping
fee to dispatch them, as fast as we can.

 

IMPORTANT: The customer voids the warranty if they:

– Flash the firmware of a device or root a device

– Open the body in an attempt to fix the device

– Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product

– Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for

– Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage

– Unintendedly/Accidentally damaged the Item/product in any manner

 

                                                   

Returns processing limitation

 

If you have any after-sales issues, please contact us directly for a
solution according to your case. TREGMO will confirm whether you need to return
the item and to which address you may return it to.

 

The following section describes the processing time required upon
receiving your returned item.

 

For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be
between 2-15 business days upon receiving your item back and depending on stock
availability.     

 

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will
be between 2-15 business days upon receiving your returned item. After we
process your refund, the time it takes to show in your account depends on the

Reminder: For Repair, the duration depends on item and manufacturer’s
spare parts inventory.

 

TREGMO Apparel Return Process

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of
receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your
expectations within 14 days of receiving.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.

2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

3. Items under the following categories: Swimwear, Underwear, Lingerie,
and Earrings. These items are not covered by the warranty for hygiene reasons.

 

Sizing issues

In the apparel industry, there are slight size differences between
brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart and size
conversion chart on the product before ordering.

If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund
you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).

If you chose the wrong size, TREGMO will offer an exchange or refund for
you, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at your
expense.

You must contact us to arrange a refund at [email protected]. Returned items without Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

How to request warranty (return, repair, and refund) and notes

If your item has an issue, please contact us

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When?
How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.

4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be
taken under good lighting.

NOTE:

You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product
problem/order / SKU number and other relevant details.

Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good
lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to
identify and verify the issue(s).

2. If the product is returned more than one month after the receipt, or
if the product is returned for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction,
wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping
fee.  For non-customer-related returns
within one month, TREGMO is responsible for the shipping fee, and the customer
must return it using the shipping method TREGMO prescribes.  In all return situations, the customer must
provide the tracking number.

3. Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items
without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. For
incomplete warranty requests, TREGMO reserves the right to refuse any
compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior
authorization (RMA Form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect
item, or submits an empty package, TREGMO reserves the right to refuse any
compensation.

4. For No Reason Return, you need to ensure that the product package is
intact and all accessories are complete and unused. Clothing and other items
must be new, unwashed, and still have the labels attached.

5. Customers must return the item by the shipping method specified by TREGMO;
usually registered mail is required.

6. All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If
the returned product cannot be repaired, TREGMO may provide an alternative
solution/s.  

 

Additional to Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 14
days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You
may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on 
www.tregmo.com in accordance with the terms below:

A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of
delivery. You must contact us at 
[email protected] to request and receive an RMA.

The return authorization number must be included along with your
returned product. 
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA
and the tracking# so we can track your return.

You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund
at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically
broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must
be included with your return.

Additional terms and conditions:

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as
state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you
assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit
back to 
www.tregmo.com.

If you return Product to TREGMO (a) without a return authorization from
e-vendors or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with
your purchase, TREGMO retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such
return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the
Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever
is higher.

If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical
condition, TREGMO retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This
fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be
in good condition.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products 
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if
applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use 
Books, Magazines, readable materials, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game,
cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons
not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment,
within 2-15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account
again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items
cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [
[email protected]] and we will provide you further instructions on
where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept
exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to
you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver
had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund
to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
